Really good, just a shame Mac development is lagging behind the PC equivalent.

It's a great price. The tutorial on the overlays and branding is very helpful, but I wish there was just a simply text box feature for each layout. I feel this would make it easier/quicker to create text for the Event name etc. I would still recommend this to anyone because it is a great price and functions great for photo booths.

Very easy to use. It took me only a short time to figure out how to work the settings. I just hooked my equipment up, started the software, and it worked flawlessly. GREAT product.

Simple to use, lots of options and constantly being improved. This is my second purchase with dslrBooth and we are now looking at moving our old photo booths software over to dslrBooth as well.

I bought the software to use at my wedding events (shower, bachelorette party, wedding), and so far so good! Having more premade layouts would be nice, as that was probably the least user friendly part of the software. I had a bit of trouble getting the layout right for printing, because for some reason the bottom of the pictures were being cut-off when printing with my Canon Selphy. But once I got that right, it was flawless. I love that I have all the photos taken saved on my computer, and it's awesome that the computer can control the camera to even auto focus (no blurry photos at all!), so I'm very happy with this purchase. Fix the layout stuff, and you've got a five star product!

Phenomenal software. Great and easy to modify templates and branding. Love the addition of the "3 taps" in the corner to exit full screen. Made it much easier to use on my Windows 8 Pro Tablet.

This software provides to me everything I need. A good feature is the possibility to save an extra copy of the print to e.g. a network drive. So you can rum a slide show on another computer while pictures are being taken.

I recently used DSLR booth at a wedding. It worked well, without issues and was a big hit. The only downside to the Mac version (I'm not sure about Windows) is that there is no live view, therefore people weren't always in the picture. It would be perfect if this becomes available :)

I haven't tried it on my laptop yet but I used it already from my friends laptop and it's fun and good. That's why I bought it as soon as I saw it online!

I have tried numerous other photobooth programs which I got trials for to write reviews on as I was implementing them into my photography standard for weddings. I stumbled upon DSLRBooth and decided to give this one a try to compare to the other I had used in the past. | |This application is byfar the best and easiest I have used to date. Installation takes no time at all, and within minutes your running a full functioning Photo Booth setup! With the latest version having a computer, speakers any kind of puh button (Like a Griffin powermate or just a mouse) your users can start their group photobooth experience easily. | |I loved the software so much after a day or two of tinkering with it, I bought my own registration and have made it my mainstream moving forward, I won’t even look back to their competition because by far this program exceeds them!

What a excellent program. I am completely new to the photo booth business and this software was extremely user friendly. After downloading it I was able to start my event a hour later.

I have downloaded several photo booth programs before making a decision on my purchase. dslrBooth was the last program that I evaluated and after a few days of review I pulled the trigger on it!

How awesome of a program is this! It was affordable, easy to install and use. My only gripe was, and this may have been my computer, is that after installing the paid version my camera could not be found. I emailed customer service but never got a response back regarding that issue. It's not a major issue but something that could be resolved. Other than that, this program is the best thing since sliced bread! I will be upgrading to the pro version shortly!

It does simply and wonderfully exactly what it's supposed to do. It's 4-stars is for the easy ability to customize layouts and include any sort of branding you choose. But there are still glitches to be worked out! Every time I start dslrBooth I have to un-check QR codes and SMS options even though I already saved settings without them, and any time I alt-tab away and then back to the program, it'll automatically alt-tab itself away back to whatever window was selected in the background, forcing me to tab back. A very bizarre glitch! Other than that it's pretty damn good for the price. If you're operating a photo booth you'll make your money back guaranteed if you're doing it right ;) well worth the purchase.

The software provides great functionality and is self explaining. A great feature is also the additional export of the print feature to e.g. another computer in the network - so you can run e.g. a slide show on a beamer.

I was asked to setup a photo Booth for a school prom and had resigned myself to sitting with a shutter release for hours snapping and printing this software just gave me my night back Thank you dslrbooth

I have used the software at an event yesterday and I am quite impressed with its ease of use. Is live view disabled in Windows XP or Direct X 11 must be installed? Do you know any vendor selling Photobooth templates? I have a UPDR-200 printer and am I able to produce 2x6 prints? Thanks for this excellent product.

This works very well for printing on site and gives you different layout options. I used it for a photo booth at a baby shower and it was perfect! The layout templates were easy to use and I could go to the image archives to re-print photos if someone wanted more copies. I used the PictureMate Charm photo printer and it printed faster than I thought it would.
