Getting use to it but I think I need trainig

I have several different software programs. Everything from the Microsoft Suite, to a Cricut, to sublimation programs and embroidery programs and the help available for all of these is superior to DSLR booth. I have high hopes but have wasted a lot of time with things that could’ve been quickly resolved with better help tools.

I need the Funktion Green Screen without Background ! Pls made this and I think it’s the best. Thank´s

Love DSLR booth this about my 3rd time renewing my license.This time around I've had the program crash twice at an event.

easy in Usability.|But sometimes it hangs doing template work..

I have this on my Macbook devices, as well as, my Windows Surface tablet. Very easy to use with my Mac. When used with my Surface, i tried matching the template background to a specific color, it did not have the option to use the color dropper to match exactly the color i wanted. With my Mac, so easy to match exact xolors with the color dropper. |I have been using DSLRBooth for a few years now. I have renewed my license annually for the past 4-5 years. . My complaint is that I renewed and paid for the 1 year to use this and due to restrictions from our governor, I have not been able to use this product for the past 5 months. I requested if I could have credit for the months that we were mandated for quarantine and non gathering for special events. I was basically told that they wouldn't give me any credit for 5 months of paid NON USE". Even gym membership billings were paused until they opened back up. I just think this was bad customer service on DSLRbooth's part. On a purchase from one of my other photo booths, I was even given a discount due to the current pandemic situation. DSLRbooth could atleast have provided some sort of discount even as small as even a download of maybe 2 templates? |Other than this, as far as the actual software, it is easy to use. But I think Booth Co-pilot can be improved, ie: is there a way to increase printing to more than just 4 prints?

Pls upgrade more AR function for more entertainment,Nowadays,mobile's AR is more aggressive than photobooth,so your AR function is necessary to upgrade.

So far so good. I’ve had it 3 days now. Having some trouble with the camera telling me the memory card is full. 2gb used out of 32gb. Had to fix the USB from going to sleep. I like the auto camera set up feature. Wish there was a setting to use the memory card or not and download only to the computer.

Great product but wish on the basic package, live view would come as standard.

I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. That sounds like good software but a little expensive for the limited use I will do.

Con camara Nikon d3400 está fallando mucho el software. He probado varias veces la camara y está bien. \rCon versiones anteriores del software funcionaba mejor.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe vor einer Woche über Paypal das Programm dslrBooth Photo Software für Windows Professional Edition gekauft. Wie komme ich jetzt an die Seriennummer für die Registrierung?

Pros: The software is so far easy to use for both the clients and the booth owner. Very nice template generator. Very customizable. Fast response to printer. Haven’t tried the sharing features or green screen yet. |Cons: live view of camera looks blurry even though pictures come out crystal clear. Wish there was a way to play the gifs automatically at the end of session while photos are printing. There’s been some very annoying glitches. I can’t use my ring light flash because the pictures come out way too bright. I try using the DSLR camera wizard but it makes the whole software freeze and become no longer usable so I have restart the whole surface pro. I’m forced to use my Nikon camera on auto because any other setting makes the software freeze after the first shot. Hope these issues are fixed in future updates.

Work good...shame templates are quiet expensives

This is a very easy software to use. Its interface is really friendly. There are 2 recommendations I would like to highlight. |1) the photo quality is very low. It should be higher |2) with the standard option we should be able to change the paper’s sizes.

DSLR Booth ist meine aktuelle Wahl für meinen Fotobooth. Ich komme mit der Software gut zurecht, auch wenn hier und da die Menüs etwas frickelig erscheinen. Wichtig ist mir vor allem eine stabile Laufzeit, ohne dass ich Angst haben müsste, dass das Programm plötzlich ausfällt. Ich nutze DSLR Booth mit einem Microsoft Surface Pro 2, bin also auf Touch und FullHD gezwungen. Nun zu den Mankos und dem verfehlten Potential:\r- Die Menüs lassen sich nicht in der Größe verändern, sodass ich häufig Probleme habe, das Fenster nicht verschieben zu können. Entsprechend wechsel ich in den Portraitmodus, verschiebe das Fenster nach unten und wechsel wieder in die Panoramaansicht.|- Nach den letzten Updates hadere ich mit der Geschwindigkeit des Programms. Hatte ich noch vor kurzem eine Latenz von 5 Sekunden nach Aufnahme bin ich jetzt bei ca. 14 Sekunden Pro Foto nach Aufnahme - eineutig zu lang|- Schriftarten lassen sich nur auf dem Template ändern|- Touch-Eingabe auf Menüpunkte löst häufig schon ein Foto aus|- Video-Wierdergabe verzögert, sodass sie nicht sofort nach Foto auslöst\rAlles in allem marginale Fehler, aber die gehen zu Lasten eines Rundum-Wohlfühl-Gefühls

Hello ... So far it has worked well, although I must say that I have used it a little .. very soon I will give more comments. The only thing that I regret is that it can not be used in Spanish language, that would help more ...|Regards..

I would be better if you can provide complimentary template together with the software.

Great product, have used it a couple of times for non professional use. I have had issues with the software however, probably due to my camera. I use a nikon j1, listed as working but without live view.... However every update has rendered my camera unable to talk with the software. On one occasion tech help from dslrbooth said the camera was never supported, despite it being listed in their own information. Its a shame it is so buggy. The new versions look great, and have better features many that would be very useful to me, but im stuck using an old version for reliability. I dont want to invest in another camera (i already bought the nikon j1 specifically for the photo booth). I just hope other users with more expensive cameras are having more luck with compatibility.
