Hi DSLRbooth!! what a great software you have!! easy to use and straight forward! Everything i needed was there! the only one thing i found confusing was the branding, i wasnt sure how to apply the template to the shoot. but otherwise, GREAT software! LOVE it!

I used your photo booth software at a wedding last weekend. It was AWESOME! However, I would like to see the ability to add more text to the "Touch here to start" screen. Specifically more lines of text. Like "LOOK AT THE CAMERA"... I would also like it to ask, "Would you like to email this picture?" The email option didn't get utilized nearly as much as I would have liked it to. | |For my next time, I will make a sign that says all of this, but I was doing it on a large touch screen that had plenty of space available. | |Great product! As a startup, it is simple and easy to use. If I may give a suggestion or two, I would like to see more templates (or custom) as an update and the computer's use of the webcam (if ever deemed necessary). Otherwise, I like it.

So, it is excellent, but it is just the second best option. The best is the pro edition, but it cost is to high compared to the standard edition. |still, the standard edition is by far much better then any other photo booth software on the marked.

Great program except wish it would also include the live view feature. Don't think it's worth another 100 bucks to have that feature.

It has a lot of features that anyone can use. It is easy to setup and modify. I used it for 60th birthday party, bridal shower, and a 13 year old glow party. Only small problem is that everyone is requesting for instagram postings. They don't have that yet. ;-) You get what you pay for in a great way. It's worth it.

The software is very good! | |Just did not like that (Standard Edition) does not have the feature enabled liveview. | |But the version (Standard Edition) used to take pictures from the camera and apply the mask set automatically. | |Very good!

Really good, just a shame Mac development is lagging behind the PC equivalent.

It's a great price. The tutorial on the overlays and branding is very helpful, but I wish there was just a simply text box feature for each layout. I feel this would make it easier/quicker to create text for the Event name etc. I would still recommend this to anyone because it is a great price and functions great for photo booths.

I bought the software to use at my wedding events (shower, bachelorette party, wedding), and so far so good! Having more premade layouts would be nice, as that was probably the least user friendly part of the software. I had a bit of trouble getting the layout right for printing, because for some reason the bottom of the pictures were being cut-off when printing with my Canon Selphy. But once I got that right, it was flawless. I love that I have all the photos taken saved on my computer, and it's awesome that the computer can control the camera to even auto focus (no blurry photos at all!), so I'm very happy with this purchase. Fix the layout stuff, and you've got a five star product!

I recently used DSLR booth at a wedding. It worked well, without issues and was a big hit. The only downside to the Mac version (I'm not sure about Windows) is that there is no live view, therefore people weren't always in the picture. It would be perfect if this becomes available :)

How awesome of a program is this! It was affordable, easy to install and use. My only gripe was, and this may have been my computer, is that after installing the paid version my camera could not be found. I emailed customer service but never got a response back regarding that issue. It's not a major issue but something that could be resolved. Other than that, this program is the best thing since sliced bread! I will be upgrading to the pro version shortly!

It does simply and wonderfully exactly what it's supposed to do. It's 4-stars is for the easy ability to customize layouts and include any sort of branding you choose. But there are still glitches to be worked out! Every time I start dslrBooth I have to un-check QR codes and SMS options even though I already saved settings without them, and any time I alt-tab away and then back to the program, it'll automatically alt-tab itself away back to whatever window was selected in the background, forcing me to tab back. A very bizarre glitch! Other than that it's pretty damn good for the price. If you're operating a photo booth you'll make your money back guaranteed if you're doing it right ;) well worth the purchase.

I bought this program for a business conference. It's really easy to use! Be aware that you can't change the photo paper size in the standard version. I had to adjust the photo sizes in order to print onto a standard 5x7 photo paper. Other than that though, it's great!

Good program, easy to use, but needs some new features .The posibility to use your own layout when the pictures are taken, new buttons , for facebook , twiter... options, before printing .

One area for improvement would be to add instructions on how to optimally set up a dslr.

With only testing the program out with students, I love what is happening. My first real event is this weekend, so I hope it works just as well for the real thing.

This is why I chose DSLRBooth for my photo booth business. As a busy wedding photographer I did not have the time to configure other more powerful options that were clunky and hard to figure out form the start. I loved how easy it was to use DSLRBooth and after my first event I'm sold on it. I'm using the Windows version which comes with the optional branding feature and I really like that part, it's useful and easy to use and no need for me to create the templates in Photoshop which is more time consuming. The one thing I find a fault with is Live View is supposed to work and it does, however you wouldn't know that to have it work properly, you need to turn on a feature in your camera called "exposure simulation disable", this feature is not available in any of Canon Ti cameras, all of them do no include it, they are only included in more professional bodies starting with the 40d and 50d and 60d. I had specifically purchased a T3i for this project and I had to return it, thankfully I had a 7d with me and the product worked beautifully. I would like to see a feature built in to the software which would enable this feature in the camera to be disabled through the software because it can be done as the competition does this. Other than that I'm happy with the product.

I bought this software because of it's easy Green Screen mode, it is very easy to add background images with different overlays. I love it, still not my main Photo Booth Software as it lacks of a few things, such as Video Mode, I'm sure they have heard of it and I'm sure they are working on it, also notice that there is no overlay image option for the regular photo booth mode, so when selecting black and white option, it turns the whole peint into black and white including any design you may have. Template builder is very easy to use and I was able to bring in templates that I use in other softwares.

I wish 'Live View' wasn't in the Professional Version. That should be Standard.
