Nice, simple to use software. Does what it says on the tin. Template editor a little bit clunky when sizing image boxes though.

Easy to use software, fully customisable. Allows us to take almost twice the number of photos at a photobooth during a period, as compared to doing it manually. Worth the investment.

I just upgraded from the original version that has worked great, but the Pro version has so many more features and once I master the green screen screen hopefully it will be amazing.

The software lived up to my expectations, and performed really well using the FotoShare social media uploading. Guests were able to take a photo and tag/share almost instantly. The only downside was the $220AUD price tag owing to a poor exchange rate. Overall though I’m satisfied that the software is reliable and has all the pro version has the necessary functionality to suit all needs. |I especially like that it stores the original photos as individual JPGs.

Usability and workflow is fantastic. I wish the custom template was a bit more functional (I did the layout on once computer and transferred it to another and the fonts changed)

The program works well. I just did some test shots with a template. I was a little surprised that the original images were not being stored on my SD card. I was able to find the originals in a file on the laptop.

The App is reliable and works just fine. I was looking at something like this for long time. It works like a charm and you don't need to bother about a photograph in your Party/Wedding/Event. Guests will do it on their own and have fun.\r2 improvement I would liek to see :| |1. I am using it on MAC and I also wanted to usean Ipad for the user interface / monitor. The MAC App does not support it but I have used a 3rd party App called Air Display and could show the dslrBooth window on my Ipad. As it supports touch screen it works perfectly.|It Would be great to have this feature by default without my workaround. The MAC and Ipad are both using the same WIFI.\r\r2. Another improvement : it would be great to be able to select how many shots are taken sequentially. By default it is taking a series of 4 and so far I have not been able to tune this.

We used it for the first time at a wedding. It ran great with my camera and printer and the guests loved the photos. It was easy to set up and to use.

I love all features that it comes with. However it would be even better if you could make a new folder for different events. All photos are saved in the same folder so you have to go back in there and move them manually. Same goes for prints. We should be able to save photos and prints to a specific folders to help with organizing.

I'm an amateur photographer in my spare time and I've been wanting to setup a photo booth at one of my parties for years. I finally but the bullet and purchased dslrBooth Premium, the fotoShare App, and an Impact One Mono light kit fro, B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/390686-REG/Impact_EX100A_KI_One_Monolight_Kit.html). | |I'll start by saying that the photo booth was a HUGE with the party guests and I will definitely be doing it again for future parties. | |I found the software extremely flexible and easy to use. The PC version does seem to have a few more features and customizations than the Mac version. However, I was pleased to see that my license key worked just fine when I downloaded the PC version and ran it using Fusion on my Mac. I also loved the fact that the fotoShare site has a built-in slideshow. We ran the PhotoBooth downstairs and I had the fotoShare slideshow playing on the TVs in the house. I do wish that the fotoShare slideshow had a shuffle feature so that photos weren't always playing in the same order. It also doesn't automatically add new photos as the are added to the album, so I had to use a Chrome browse extension to refresh the page every so often. This compounded the issue of not having a shuffle, because you were never able to really see all of the photos in the album before the next screen refresh (I set it at 90 seconds). | |The one other tweak I made was that I wanted custom audio recordings for the beginning of the shoot, between photos, and at the end. However, I thought it would be boring to just have the same thing play over and over again. Unfortunately the software doesn't allow for picking random audio tracks....so I wrote a little script that randomly renamed the audio files on the backend. My friends and I recorded about 8 "Get Ready" tracks, 20 "Lookin' Good....get ready for another shot" tracks, and 8 "Great work...Share your photos" tracks with various funny one-liners mixed in. I had 4 photos in my template, so I had the following audio tracks setup for a sequence: |1. Get Ready (Plays before shot 1) |2. Transition1 (Plays between shot 1 & 2) |3. Transition2 (Plays between shot 2 & 3) |4. Transition 3 (Plays between shot 3 & 4) |5. Share (Plays at the end of the sequence) | |The script I wrote would get triggered every minute and simply randomly renamed all of the audio tracks in 3 groups, first for the "Get Ready" tracks, then the transition tracks, and finally the Share tracks. dslrBooth would just play the assigned track that I listed above. However, my script was changing the audio file behind the scenes every minute...so my guests would hear a totally different mash-up of audio every time they took a photo. It wasn't that much work to implement, but it would be cool if this were native to the software.

I you have a DSLR, a computer and this software you can set up a photo booth anywhere. It worked flawlessly with both my Nikon D7100 and Nikon D90. It was a hit at my now 11 years old's party. I do wish that the non-pro version gave us more templates and the green-screen option. Neither are deal breakers for a $50 piece of software that said me lots of time.

The dslr booth software works faster than Digital Darkroom and TriPrism, yet when there is a technical problem the support is slow and never easy to understand. The technicians assume too much.

It's very easy to use and the FAQ help a lot. If there is a upgrade for remove the logo watermark of email sharing (professional version) there will be perfect. And also more than 1 photo template in one section/event

Really enjoying using this, very easy to set up. No problems so far but there is one change I would make. I think it would be much more convenient to be able to have a folder with all your green screen backgrounds that you can just point it to. Loading them all in one at a time is very tedious.

This is software what I've been looking for my son 13th birthday celebration. I only have 1 day left before the celebration and purchase it and play with it for few hour including making my own template and able make the celebration more exciting. It could have been 5 stars if they have included a few starter template/layout.

I love the simple functionality that DSLR Booth offers which is why I chose it over other programs I researched. I’d like the option to have more control over the sharing functions but happy overall with the software. I hook up my iPad to my macbook with air display and it works beautifully allowing a really neat interface for my clients. Most of all I love the design section allowing you to completely customise the look of the printing. I wish there was more support info on the DSLR website, that and the lack of sharing flexibility are the only reasons I’ve marked it down to 4 stars.

it works great... love it... but i feel like the updated version saves photos to laptop versus saving to sd on camera... wish that was an option to change...

overall greatly satisfied. it's a plug and play user friendly effortless setup. | |The only issue we are having is the template editing. If you use a template as-is everything is fine...writing your own text or making any notable changes is thus far quite the headache. we're getting there slowly but there is def vast improvement that could be made with editor making the print layouts

everything works very nice, except the green screen option it does not remove completely the green color around the subject it self it leaves a trace of green.
