How to get a receipt after subscription

I love this app so far but can anyone tell me how the heck I get the photos to stop flipping when guests take pictures? I’ve looked in every setting! Otherwise, great software.

Great all around. Legit love the simplicity of this and it just works! I just get so frustrated that every time I accidentally swiped something I couldn’t undo it or start again from the last few time I opened it. Other than that, I think my use case was well worth it.

So I purchased this for a month to use at my baby shower today and my guests loved it. I like this app overall, however, there was a slight learning curve to setting up the interface. If the developer could improve the settings (specifically the font selections), add more visual prompts (especially for a loud environment), and give the option for it to go back to the welcome screen automatically after a session has ended instead of having to press the tiny “X” it would be nearly perfect.

Only just learning to use this app, but seems straightforward and cost effective

Great App easy to use. Had a blast for my daughter’s 16th Bday. Now looking forward for more parties.

Good programming

Pretty decent app., cost effective with regular updates to increase capabilities and performance. Also work with DSLR booth, not a bad booth software. Have looked into a few other options but this wins hands down. Good community and there is support when required. Have used for a couple of years, and have watched the updates first hand. There are a number of improvements I’d like to see, but hopefully with time this too is updated and improved. Only issue is if there’s a payment issue on the Apple end of the App then you’ll experience a few glitches. Would recommend signing up account through fotoshare. Thanks LumaBooth 4.4/5 star or a solid 9/10, 90% satisfaction, due to my ridiculously high expectations.

I have tried some other photobooth app in the ios appstore using my ipad and my dnpqw410 some are working as intended but not exceptional. I have noted this on my research online and had been suggested by peers as well. I would say the app is exceptional. Had some trouble but Christine from support was really helpful! Four suggestions to make the app better! First, An option for the welcome page for the uploaded image to be edited (like how you can edit the printlayout). Second, An option to click the uploaded images on a dropdown or a list as when it gets layered and takes space on the layout it gets hard to adjust and edit. Third, The QR sharing option, it pops out late (about 2sec after all sharing options pops out) after capturing the pictures (hopefully this is not intended). Fourth, an option to turn on and off the saving of single photo capture and printlayout on your device (this is going to be a life saver especially for users who are saving spaces on their devices.) Other than that its a good photobooth app.

This app isn’t perfect but it’s getting there! The things that are lacking seem more due to Apple’s restrictions than on the part of the developers. They are making great progress and continue to listen to feedback that they get to make this photo booth app even better. Keep up the good work!

I did a fair amount of research before choosing LumaBooth. I'm pleased with the decsion. It has all of the features I was looking for. Customizable welcome screen and templates. Options for photos, gifs, boomerang, and video. The price point is the best I found for an app with these options. LumaBooth also comes with a cloud service where all the images are automatically sent and you're able to give the link to the client where they can download everything. There are a handful of things I think could beimproved. I would really like for LumaBooth to have Undo & Redo buttons for when setting up events. Tweaking the templates and photo sizes and placements can be fickle. Undo & Redo buttons would be very helpful. Hopefully this will be added in a future update. Getting your templates into LumaBooth is also a bit weird. You have to email the template to yourself then download the template to your iCloud photos. You can then import that into LumaBooth. I have a friend with a different photobooth app and it's the same process for him. So this may be some sort of iPad thing. Though it would be nice to eliminate the extra step and be able to upload to my LumaBooth account. There are filters and stickers included as well. I like the idea of these but found them both a bit lacking. I didn't care for the filters and usually leave them turned off. The stickers are also limited and don't go very small when resizing. You are able to upload your own stickers. I have yet to try this. You have the option for how the user receives their pics. Text, email, QR code, airdrop. This is a minor thing but the text is listed as SMS. While that might technically be correct, not everyone knows what SMS means. Please just change the icon to say TEXT instead of SMS. Overall, I am quite pleased. I've done several events now. It's very user friendly. I receive compliments each time. I think the welcome screen customized to the event is a big part of this along with the multiple delivery options. I definitely recommend LumaBooth and look forward to it getting even better.

The only thing I am missing is that I can‘t connect another iPhone or anything and my iPad-Camera is pretty bad. But from the functionality it is absolutely great

I was able to lock down the iPad to single app mode and block guests from viewing the local camera library but didn’t see an option to modify what could be seen in the sent url. Not a big deal as guests enjoyed being able to see the others but they also thought it was broken.

Great app. Just find some features a little trick to navigate such as creating separate events and modifying templates.

Fun and easy app

We don’t use this very often, but even after a few months of no use, it’s always easy to launch a new event.

Printing not working after purchase

Newer pb printers are capable of 2x6 direct printing, not just 4x6 with cut. I cannot find a way to create any other template size. Support says feature is coming. Update???
