This is a major stability release: dozens of rare crashes have been fixed across startup, templates, settings, printing, and camera handling, alongside meaningful screen editor and video improvements, including choosing the device your welcome/sharing screens are designed for and fixing missing video overlays.

Screen Editor & Templates

• Added the ability to choose which device (phone, tablet, or desktop) your welcome and sharing screens are designed for, so your layout always matches the device guests will actually use.
• The screen editor no longer resets your design's aspect ratio back to 16:9 unexpectedly after changes made in the online dashboard.
• Each monitor's display scale is now respected on multi-monitor setups with mixed scaling, instead of the wrong scale being applied to secondary screens.
• Resolved templates occasionally failing to load with a generic "Error loading template" message.
• Capped welcome/sharing screen image layers to prevent out-of-memory crashes on iPads with heavily layered designs.
• Matched photo layout sort order to the online dashboard so templates appear in a consistent order everywhere.
• A pasted image on the Share screen no longer gets stuck and unable to be deleted or modified.
• Built-in Virtual Attendant assets from older installs now load reliably.

Video (360, Slow-mo, Boomerang)

• Default video overlays (Hearts, Sparkle, Bokeh, Stars) now appear correctly on the final 360/Slow-mo video.
• Added the ability to mirror/flip captured photos and videos to match your preferred booth preset orientation.
• The 360/Slow-mo countdown now uses its own timer instead of being controlled by the Video countdown setting.
• Boomerang videos in 360/Slow-mo mode now apply their timeline correctly.
• Replaced a crash with a clear warning when an unsupported video format is used in 360/Slow-mo preview.
• Added support for the Sony A7R IVA camera (photo capture).

Printing & Sharing

• The Print button now works correctly on the sharing screen when the session is started by reading a QR Code.
• Generalized 2-per-page printing to work with any template size, not just a fixed set.
• Reordered the GIF size dropdown for easier selection.
• Print setup text (pricing message, copies label, button text) now syncs and translates correctly in all languages.
• Corrected the Portuguese print screen showing SMS text instead of the copy count.
• Survey answer text in photo layouts now uses the correct Google Font.

AI Portraits

• AI Portrait sessions with Upload Originals turned off no longer upload an extra, unwanted image to fotoShare.

Stickers

• Sticker style selection (Default vs Custom) is now respected, matching the iOS app.

Event Management

• Duplicating a Windows event from the dashboard now copies the "Start App in Full Screen" and "Force Windows virtual keyboard to show" settings.
• Resolved a crash that could occur when changing settings on events created with an older app version.
• Booth API's /api/cancel command now works correctly instead of returning "Invalid command specified".

Stability

A major stability pass across the app: dozens of rare crashes have been addressed so the app now recovers gracefully or shows a clear message instead of closing unexpectedly. Highlights:

• Startup no longer crashes when security software blocks a required file, an app icon is missing, or settings are misconfigured.
• The Template Editor and Screen Editor handle deleting templates, adding layouts, and loading a template while data isn't fully ready without crashing.
• Clipboard copy (Ctrl+C, copy buttons) recovers cleanly instead of crashing when another app is briefly holding the clipboard.
• A disconnected camera, a dropped GoPro connection, or an event referencing a camera that's no longer connected no longer brings the app down.
• Event and asset management (renaming, deleting large numbers of events, viewing recent shares) is now resilient to these edge cases instead of crashing.
