Two devices for $216, or one license for $1,190
That is the headline, and it is the whole year in both cases. If you plan to keep buying Photobooth Supply Co booths, their standing annual hardware discount claws a good part of it back.
One LumaBooth subscription covers iPad, iPhone, Mac and Android together, and your two devices can be any mix of them. Windows is billed separately.
Fiesta's June 2026 update was its first price change since 2019, raising Plus from $49 to $59 per month and Pro from $99 to $119. Existing annual subscribers keep their old rate until renewal, which is a fair way to do it.

Fiesta calls this wired printing, and it is worth understanding what it actually is before you compare it to ours. Their documentation says the DS620A connects to the Guac booth by USB cable, that the iPad reaches it over a USB-Ethernet adapter at an IP address, and that the media size is set in CUPS.
An iPad does not run CUPS and cannot address a printer by IP unless something is answering at that address. That something is a computer inside the Guac booth. So this is a print server. It is a tidy one, built into the furniture and pre-configured, but the box is still there, it still needs power and a boot, and it only exists if you bought their booth.
LumaBooth is one USB cable from the iPad or Mac to the printer, with nothing in between. 16 printers across DNP, Citizen, HiTi and SwiftFoto, nothing to install, no IP address, no CUPS. Plug it into an Apple silicon iPad (M1 or later, iPadOS 16 or later) or a Mac (macOS 12 or later) and print.
Load a 6x8 ribbon in a DS620 and print 6x6 squares, 5x7s, 4x6 pairs or a 6x20 jumbo strip from the same roll. Load 8x12 in a DS820 and run an 8x32 panorama in one continuous pass. Those are sizes you can price as an upsell.
One detail that gets overlooked: HiTi. Snappic and Touchpix both print direct over USB now, and neither drives a HiTi, nor does anyone else on these pages. If you run a P525L or a P520L, LumaBooth is the only option here that talks to it at all.

Fiesta controls LED rings on Photobooth Supply Co booths only. If your fleet mixes vendors, check what each app can drive on each unit before you commit, because this is the kind of detail that only bites once the booth is already in the van.

Fiesta shipped AI Background Removal in version 1.10.0, so background replacement is no longer a gap between the two. Both remove and replace a background in real time with no green screen.
Generative AI portraits are where they still differ. Photobooth Supply Co's published roadmap lists AI Studio for Pro subscribers later in 2026, alongside Design Studio 2.0, a Website Builder and updated Proposals. Those remain announced rather than shipped, and roadmaps move. LumaBooth's AI Portraits are on Windows, iPad, iPhone and Mac today at a flat $0.10 per portrait, with 170+ presets and custom prompts.
LumaBooth's background replacement runs on the device, so it works with no green screen and no internet at all.
Sharing, Galleries and Business Tools
Both include text, email and QR sharing, and Fiesta includes unlimited live gallery hosting with no usage fees. LumaBooth includes unlimited texts to US and Canada numbers, and international texting is included. Every LumaBooth event gets a branded gallery through fotoShare Cloud, and sharing works offline so guests still get their photos when venue Wi-Fi fails. Fiesta bundles booking-side tools that LumaBooth does not have today. If proposals and a website builder are what you are actually shopping for, that is a real point in its favor and worth more than a few dollars a month.

Switching from Fiesta, Honestly
The price is never what stops people. Losing a weekend to rebuilding templates is.
What carries over untouched:
- Your iPad

What you actually have to redo: your print layouts. There is no import path between photo booth apps, not between any two of them, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Your designs have to be rebuilt in our layout designer.
- Start on the free trial. It is unlimited and only watermarks photos, so you can rebuild and rehearse a full event without paying anything or cancelling your Fiesta subscription.
- Rebuild your two or three most-used layouts first. Most operators run a handful of designs over and over. Do those, not the whole library. Or start from one of our 820 designs, each of which already ships with ten print layouts, a matching welcome screen and overlays.
- Run one real event on both. Keep your existing setup as the backup for a single booking. Nobody should switch software cold on a wedding.

Is LumaBooth cheaper than Fiesta?
LumaBooth is $17 to $18 per month billed annually with two devices, so $204 to $216 a year. Fiesta Plus is $590 a year and Pro is $1,190 a year, each with one license.
Does Fiesta print without a print server?
No. Fiesta prints through a print server or AirPrint. LumaBooth prints straight to DNP, Citizen and HiTi printers over USB from an Apple silicon iPad or a Mac.
Do I need separate LumaBooth subscriptions for iPad and Android?
No. One subscription covers iPad, iPhone, Mac and Android, and your two included devices can be any mix. Windows is billed separately.
Does LumaBooth work with Photobooth Supply Co booths?
Yes. LumaBooth runs on the iPad inside a Salsa or Guac & Chips booth. LED ring control depends on the booth model, so check our supported controllers list.
Does Fiesta have AI?

The Group Chat Alone Is 81,400 Operators
Software is the part you can compare on a table. This is the part you feel at 11pm when the printer stops.
To be clear about that number: 81,400 is how many operators are in our two official Facebook groups. It is not our user count, which is a good deal larger. It is simply the part you can go and count for yourself, which is why we use it.
Ask a question in the Windows group at 2am and someone in Manila answers before someone in Chicago wakes up. That is not a support policy, it is tens of thousands of operators who have already run the event you are about to run. Our own team is US-based with people spread across the time zones, so a Saturday night in any country is a working day for somebody.
